Tractor local oil leakage is easily eliminated

First, the oil supply switch of the tank leaks oil: the reason is that the graphite and asbestos oil seal at the switch is damaged.

Exclusion: 1. Remove the switch, take out the filler, use the oil-resistant rubber sheet to make two pads whose outer diameter is 1 mm larger than the switch shell hole and inner diameter is 1.50 mm larger than the handle screw, clamp the rubber pad in the middle of the steel pad, and then cover the handle screw together, tighten the capping device. 2. Wrap graphite and asbestos rope in the middle of two steel pads and fill them, tighten the gland device.


Two, the oil tank discharge oil leakage: the reason is that the steel ball rust garden or failure.

Exclusion: Replacement of steel ball (diameter of 15 mm, can be used in the bearing with an inner diameter of 80 mm steel ball instead).

Three, the oil pipe horn oil leakage: the reason is that the oil pipe horn cone and horn seat seal is not good.

Exclusion: 1, screw the joint first screw a horn head. 2. After grinding the bell joint, coat the sealant on the cone, and then tighten or saw off the bell, and re-expand 1 with the expander.

Four, hollow screw joint oil leakage: the reason is 1, tubing joint end face, washer uneven; 2. The convex and concave holes on the shell are uneven.

The elimination methods are as follows: smooth the joint and washer. Flatten the hollow screw hexagon and then tighten or apply sealant to both sides of the washer.

5. Oil leakage at the joint surface of the shell: the reason is that the oil pan, cylinder head, valve cover, timing gear chamber cover, transmission cover, starter transmission cover and other shell joint surface oil leakage is usually due to the fasteners are not tightened, gasket damage or failure.

Exclusion: 1, often do a good job of fastening work. 2. For parts that are not often removed, such as paper pads, if the area of paper pads is small, a layer of lead oil can be coated on both sides of the paper pads (it should be soaked in diesel oil before oiling); If the area of the paper pad is large, apply a layer of grease to both sides of the paper pad. 3, for often disassembled parts such as valve chamber cover, filter shell and other joint surface, asbestos pad should be used, and coated with lead oil on the pad. When tightening, the bolt at the location should be tightened symmetrically for several times. In addition, it should ensure that the gasket is intact, the joint surface of the parts is smooth and clean, and the parts have no dislocation and deformation.

Vi. Oil leakage at each joystick shaft: The reason is 1. The seal washer is damaged. 2. The clearance between shaft and hole increases.

Exclusion: according to the diameter of the rod shaft choose suitable oil-resistant rubber gasket, its inner diameter is smaller than the shaft diameter 1-3 mm, installed on the shaft surface in contact with the hole wall can be pressed.

Seven, crankcase oil leakage: the reason is that the paper pad is damaged or loose screws.

Exclusion: Remove the crankcase cover, take off the washer check, if the washer is intact, can wipe and coated with a layer of lead oil, dry can be installed; If it is damaged, replace it with a new washer. Gaskets should be soaked in diesel oil for 20 minutes before installation, then coated with a layer of lead oil, especially dry before mounting. Screws should be tightened symmetrically and evenly.

Eight, high pressure oil pipe oil leakage: the reason is that the high pressure oil pipe after long-term use, the joint cone has been worn, resulting in a lax seal.

Exclusion: Pad a section of 1-2 mm long and about 5 mm in diameter at the fit of the high pressure oil pipe cone and cone hole, or pad an inner diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the oil pipe, the outer diameter of the appropriate copper gasket, or replace the new high pressure oil pipe.

Nine, gearbox leakage gear oil: the reason is that 1, gearbox bearing and shaft hole clearance is too large; 2. Oil seal wear and aging.

The elimination methods are as follows: the box axle hole clearance is too large, which can be repaired by embedding method. If the oil seal is worn and aged, the oil seal should be replaced.

Ten, support wheel, belt wheel and guide wheel oil leakage: the reason is 1, rubber sealing sleeve wear, aging; 2. The sealing ring is seriously worn.

The troubleshooting methods are as follows: Replace the rubber sealing sleeve in time. Replace the large upper seal ring. The two rough joint surfaces of the sealing ring shall be properly ground and coated with a layer of graphite grease on both sides. After loading, water and dirt shall not be allowed to enter the area for 24 hours.

11. Oil filling port and oil discharge port leak: the reason is that 1. Thread and pitch are inconsistent at the sealing place of diesel tank, gasoline tank, hydraulic tank, diesel thickness filter, high pressure oil pump, oil pan, gearbox and so on. 2. There is no sealing rubber on the diesel fuel tank cover.

The methods of elimination are as follows: Keep the screw and pitch at the sealing place consistent, and use fine buckle all the time. Add sealing rubber.
